Clan Rules

Unlike most clans, the rules are simple:

1) We work for each other, by helping clan members, we help ourselves as a clan.

2) RP: Since it's inception, Union has relied on a few people to pour donations into rune power. This can
no longer be sustained. If we want the runes, all members will contribute. From June 1st on
each clan member will be expected to contribute a MINIMUM of 50,000 rp over the course of
a calander month. The contributed rp will be taken from the Tops List, Total Membership. The
goal of 50k can be reached in a number of ways. 1st, Clan taxes, these are automatic, a no-
brainer. Fight mobs more often, you automatically contribute more. 2nd, milestone contributions,
Reach lvl 50, contribute a minimum of 500 rp (10 times lvl, minimum expected) Reach 37 melee,
370 rp. 3rd: drop tax of 20%. Sell a piece to the store, or successfully auction off a piece,
pay 20% in rp. These may seem like small amounts, but they add up and will get you to 50k
in short order. If you find it hard to reach the 50k, talk to an officer, or come to me with the
problem. At the very worst, you will be asked to move to Bliss until you are able to reach
the minimum 50k.

3) Recruitment: Yes it would be difficult, if not impossible for a new player to reach the 50k RP we
require per month. With this in mind, no player under the level of 20 will be recruited into
Union. Those that are brought in MUST be vouched for by 2 players, one being an officer.
Hunt with them, talk to them, let them know regular play time is expected. We can no longer
afford to lose 10k rp by having to kick inactive players. Those at, or under lvl 20 will go to
Bliss until they reach lvl 20 or are deemed ready to join Union.

4) Bliss: Our mostly inactive, dominance and territory pool will undergo a makeover. We have 5
officer alts in residence, Deaucalion; master and final word on all things Bliss, Padin, Aelar,
Vyidagg, and Warlok. Our goal in Union has always been to help each other, we have expanded
that to include new players of all sorts. Bliss will be a training ground for the under 20s. Those
found worthy to join Union will be offered membership. Brey will be running a seperate thread
for these players, offer advice, help, whatevers necessary. One other thing, our alt war will be
permanent, and Bliss members will be encouraged to fight back. So, be careful, you could end
up with a bloody nose.

5) Absent thread:
A thread has been set up to monitor absents. If you're going on vacation, post the dates, exams
post the dates, for any reason over 3 days, post the dates. Don't become one of the kicked.
Time away will be taken into consideration when working out your rp.

6) Epic and Valuable equipt:
A thread has been set up to post equiptment you no longer need. Those higher lvls have taken
the big hit on the AH costs. There is no reason everyone needs to do this. Equipt will be sold
in the store with the buyer in residence so he/she can immediately purchase it at store prices.
This needs to be taken seriously, if you receive an epic set and you sell it in the AH, you will be
kicked from the clan. Once its passed on from the original owner, it is OUR equiptment, not
yours. If I have my way, you will be killed, all your alts will be killed, your family and your pets.
